 What a kickoff to the inaugural Formula SAE Season! 

What started as just an idea has now grown into more than 150 people reaching out and expressing interest in joining the team. It’s now up to the founding members to establish a strong culture and a design schedule that will set us up for success. 

While there’s still a long road ahead, we’ve cleared our first major hurdle: attracting passionate new members. From those with technical experience to those simply eager to learn, we’ve assembled a diverse and motivated group. 

Our next step is to divide the engineering team into two subgroups: a Powertrain Division and a Chassis & Dynamics Division. These teams will collaborate closely to design and manufacture a fully functioning car. For now, everyone is busy reading up on Formula SAE and vehicle design — but it won’t be long before we dive into modeling!
